The ordinances found here are as complete as the Jefferson County Commissioners have codified. There are some ordinances which have been passed but have not as of yet been properly codified. I have since August 2001 attempted to get this done but as of Wednesday February 22, 2012 they have not completed the job.

Each Chapter of the Jefferson County Code contains a -0 page. This page is an index of what is contained in the chapter. An example 1-0, 2-0 etc. An index of Chapters is 0-0
